Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a school-based contract near Annapolis, MD. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educational teams and support diverse student populations.

Responsibilities include assessing and treating speech and language disorders, developing IEPs, delivering sessions, attending IEP meetings, and maintaining compliant records. Compensation ranges from $41.00 to $55.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current CCC required.
• MD state licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in a school setting with diverse student populations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators and families.
• Deliver therapy sessions tailored to individual and group needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state regulations.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
