Job summary

AIM — Assessment Intervention Management is seeking an experienced School Psychologist / LSSP for an independent contractor role serving Texas schools. You control your caseload, calendar, and workload while partnering with a forward-thinking tech-enabled team.

Requirements include a Master's in School Psychology, active Texas LSSP license, and experience with evaluations for ages 0–18. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred; some campus-site travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Active Texas LSSP licensure.
• Experience in psychological assessment of children and adolescents (0–18).
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FIEs and REEDs for students (ages 0–18) referred for evaluation.
• Contribute findings to development of IEPs.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and community agencies on intervention strategies.
• Attend ARD meetings to support placement decisions.
• Produce accurate, timely evaluation reports meeting district/state requirements.
• Track and submit billable hours through QuickBooks.
