Job summary

Compass is seeking a Contract Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for our Strategic Growth team. You will partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, manage the full lifecycle, and promote Compass culture.

Based in California, you will actively source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, and help build a strong pipeline for sales roles while representing the brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing within sales.
• Experience managing candidate pipelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
• BA or BS with a strong academic record.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage active and passive candidates.
• Knowledge of an ATS (Greenhouse or Oracle a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews.
• Work with hiring managers to understand department needs and screen applicants quickly and effectively.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through referrals, networking, internal databases, and research tactics.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and be responsive.
• Promote the brand and market Compass to qualified candidates.
