Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. in Albany, GA is seeking a part-time Residential Oversight RN (Contract) to perform clinical and non-clinical duties and ensure regulatory compliance for individuals served.

The RN will coordinate care across disciplines, maintain electronic medical records, and support data collection, HRST reviews, and safety planning. Flexible hours with a minimum of 30 hours per week, coordinated with Co-Directors to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is expected.
• Proficient in electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors individual care plans.
• Monitors records and communicates individuals' health conditions as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated individual care.
• Assists in collecting data and required documents and signatures as needed for individual service requests.
• Completes RN HRST reviews for ratings of 3 and above, reviewed quarterly or as needed.
• Creates medical safety plans.
• Assists with medication administration as needed.
• Reviews medical documentation and nursing notes for accuracy.
• Maintains NOW/COMP waiver manuals and DBHDD policies.
• Provides HRST training within 30 days of ISP implementation and completes reviews per policy.
• Provides information for pre-ISP and ISP and attends ISPs when available.
• Attends monthly nursing meetings (virtual possible).
• Maintains liaison with pharmacies, physicians' offices, and medical supply companies.
• Delivers detailed verbal and written reports on assigned individuals.
