Job summary

EveryDay We Care, LLC/Total Care Services, Inc. seeks a licensed RN for a contract-based role in Augusta, GA to deliver home care services under a 1099 independent contractor arrangement.

The RN will perform in-home assessments, supervisory visits, and provide clinical oversight and PCA training to ensure safe and person-centered care. The compensation is $50.00 per completed supervisory visit, with payment contingent on timely submission of complete documentation per contract, and the RN must

Qualifications

• Active RN license in GA in good standing.
• Minimum one year nursing experience; home care preferred.
• Knowledge of Georgia home care regulations and supervisory requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.
• Active TB/PPD screening clearance per state requirements.
• Strong assessment, training, and documentation skills.
• Ability to operate independently as a contracted provider.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial in-home nursing assessments and required reassessments.
• Perform supervisory visits in accordance with Georgia home care regulations.
• Provide clinical oversight, direction, and competency validation for Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).
• Deliver or oversee required PCA training related to client-specific care needs.
• Review and update individualized care plans based on assessment findings and condition changes.
• Identify health and safety risks and recommend appropriate clinical interventions.
• Ensure services are delivered in compliance with EWC policies and State of Georgia regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and audit-ready documentation.
• Provide telephone-based clinical consultation during assigned on-call periods.
