Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial in-home nursing assessments and required reassessments.
• Perform supervisory visits in accordance with Georgia home care regulations.
• Provide clinical oversight, direction, and competency validation for PCAs.
• Deliver or oversee PCA training related to client-specific care needs.
• Review and update individualized care plans based on assessment findings and condition changes.
• Identify health and safety risks and recommend appropriate clinical interventions.
• Ensure services are delivered in compliance with EWC policies and GA regulations.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.
• Provide telephone-based clinical consultation during on-call periods.
