Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the PACU team for a 13-week onsite contract in Georgetown, TX. Day shift, 10 hours, four days a week, starting 9/30/2026, with a total weekly pay of $1,846 (stips $1,246 + base $600).

ACLS is required; pre/post-op experience preferred; minimum 1 year nursing experience. Call is required with approx 2–4 shifts every four weeks and weekend on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
• ACLS Certification required.
• Pre-operative and post-operative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-op and post-op care for patients.
• Manage PACU responsibilities and monitor patient recovery.
• Respond to call shifts as assigned, including weekends.

Call Requirements: approx 2-4 call shifts every 4 weeks

Weekends: on-call 0700 - 0700

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Hospital nursing experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Pre- and post-op endoscopy patients, general surgeries, GI, ortho, urology, spine, gyn, breast oncology/reconstruction, podiatry, cardioversions, heart caths, IR procedures, bronchoscopies
