Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an experienced RN for MICU in San Antonio, TX. Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 13-week contract with 4 travelers on the MICU unit. Requires active TX RN license, ACLS, BLS, and 2+ years ICU experience. Meditech documentation, floating policy, and guaranteed hours apply.

Onsite assignment with a 36-hour guaranteed week and 3 days off, starting 9/28/2026. Must be punctual, with proper dress code and unit policies followed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ICU experience required.
• ACLS and BLS required.
• NIH Stroke Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ICU procedures including intubations, central lines and arterial lines.
• Provide critical care nursing care on MICU with night shift schedule.
• Adhere to unit guidelines and documentation in Meditech.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and ensure patient safety.

• NG Tubes, Foley Catherers, Dressing Changes

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

• RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket
• Nail Policy - Clean and Healthy
• Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
• Tattoos - Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
• Piercings - Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
