Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an RN for a NICU travel assignment in McKinney, TX. Night shift, 12 hours per day, 3 days a week, onsite contract starting 9/28/2026 for 13 weeks.

Compensation includes a $1,246 weekly stipend plus $972 weekly base pay, totaling strong weekly earnings. Requires Level III NICU experience, TX RN license, BLS, NRP, and ability to attend deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hospital or specialty NICU experience.
• Active TX RN license, BLS and NRP required.
• Able to attend deliveries including C-sections.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for neonates in NICU during night shift.
• Collaborate with physicians and team for high-risk deliveries.
• Document patient information in Meditech and ensure patient safety.

• Able to attend deliveries (all including C-Sections)

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following:

• Team player

Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN/LVN/Tech)

• Active TX RN License ONLY – temp licensed will not be accepted

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

• RN: Royal blue and/or white scrubs

• Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.
• Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.
• Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
• Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc.
