Job summary

Community Options, Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks a Contract Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in community-based settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, working with individuals, families, and an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

BSN or equivalent nursing degree.
At least 1 year of nursing experience with individuals with disabilities.
Active RN license in good standing.
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Contract engagement subject to background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care procedures ordered by physician and compliant with nursing standards.
Administer medications and manage medication protocols.
Conduct nursing assessments and follow-up visits as needed.
Develop and update ISP/PCP with interdisciplinary team.
Prepare health reports and assist with health teaching and safety training.
Coordinate health appointments and follow-ups.
