Community Options, Inc. is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse in Lubbock, TX. You will deliver nursing care to individuals with disabilities in a community setting, following the nursing process and collaborating with health team members to meet ISP goals.

The position is on-call and requires a valid RN license, a Bachelor's degree in nursing, and a commitment to community-based support. Salary starts at $80,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• One year of nursing experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• RN license and valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment and health care procedures ordered by a physician.
• Ensure individuals attend medical appointments per ISP.
• Maintain health records and reports detailing health status and physician recommendations.
• Monitor medications and administer as prescribed.
• Develop and update Individual Support Plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Train staff on health-related topics and nursing procedures.
• Monitor health conditions and refer for medical services as needed.
• Complete nursing documentation per procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate health-related appointments and responses to findings.
