You will identify risks, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with policies and laws while supporting cross-functional teams to protect company interests. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, paralegal or contract-management certification preferred, and experience with MSAs, SOWs, and vendor/subcontractor agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and modify contracts including MSAs, statements of work, vendor and subcontractor agreements.
• Analyze terms to identify risks and suggest modifications; ensure compliance with laws/regulations.
• Negotiate terms with clients, vendors, and subcontractors; lead redlining and revisions.
• Maintain organized contract records and proper execution of agreements; track milestones and renewals.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations and project teams; provide contract interpretation guidance.
