Job summary

Meritrust Credit Union is seeking a Contract Review Specialist to analyze vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements, ensuring alignment with policies, regulatory requirements, and risk tolerance.

You will coordinate reviews with Legal, Compliance, IT, Procurement, and Risk teams, track expiration dates, maintain records in the contract system, and support audits, templates, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of contract administration, procurement, legal support, or compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor contracts, service agreements, amendments, and related documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Identify, escalate, and help mitigate contractual risks and non-standard provisions.
• Coordinate contract reviews and approvals with Legal, Compliance, IT, Procurement, Risk Management, and business units.
• Track and maintain key contract provisions, including expiration dates and renewal terms.
• Maintain contract records within the contract management system and designated repositories.
• Support contract intake, routing, approval, and execution workflows.
• Assist with templates, playbooks, standard clauses, and review checklists.
• Prepare and maintain contract‑related reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Assist with legal matter tracking and document management workflows.
