Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3 years' life sciences experience, or A.S. with 1 year, or B.S. in life sciences.
• Strong sense of responsibility, strong work ethic, self-motivated attitude and teamwork oriented.
• Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to follow written, oral, mathematical, and diagram instructions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization ability.

Responsibilities

• Performs process development operations with more senior supervision.
• Assists in preparing agendas in advance of meetings and capturing/distributing notes and deliverables.
• Drafting and reviewing technical documents.
• Laboratory maintenance and material management.
• Maintenance of 5S and Kanban Systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
