The Temporary Research Associate II will assist with process development operations and perform laboratory maintenance activities. They will demonstrate a sense of urgency while maintaining respect for best practices and an understanding of the importance and applicability of quality and controls in development activities. The Temporary Research Associate II will be well versed in internal best practices, show a willingness to learn and improve existing systems in a collaborative way, and serve as an SME in interactions with company colleagues on topics within their purview. It is expected that they will continuously improve operational effectiveness and support a culture of continuous improvement.
