Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of software development experience.
• 3 to 5 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting reports using Power BI, Report Builder, SSRS.
• Advanced SQL skills: reading, writing, modifying complex queries and optimization.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts and financial institution environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, enhance, and support enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI, Report Builder, and SSRS.
• Read, write, modify, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries.
• Analyze reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot reporting, data, and SQL-related issues and identify solutions.
• Learn proprietary SQL-based development tools and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
• Validate solutions for accuracy and performance.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Assist with test plans, test cases, and test scenarios as needed.
