ManpowerGroup is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and deploy BI solutions in the Risk Technology group. The role focuses on complex dashboards, data modeling, and automated reporting in a hybrid Charlotte environment.

The candidate will work with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and REST APIs, delivering scalable analytics and low-code applications while ensuring secure access and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in Power BI development.
• Portfolio of architecting advanced Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy complex, interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support enterprise risk technology initiatives.
• Connect to diverse institutional data sources, execute data transformation workflows using Power Query, and build scalable data models.
• Write and optimize advanced DAX calculations to track key business metrics and KPIs.
• Publish, distribute, and schedule automated report refreshes while maintaining strict security access controls.
• Monitor and fine-tune dashboard performance and data pipelines for faster load times.
