Job summary

Energy Systems, a Generac Industrial Distributor, is seeking a detail-oriented Renewal Specialist to manage contract renewals for industrial clients. You will monitor end dates, prepare renewal proposals, and coordinate pricing and service data across departments to present complete packages.

The role requires strong communication, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage relationships remotely across regions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, inside sales, account support, or contract administration experience.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service contracts and renewal dates; initiate renewals in advance.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients; answer questions and reminders.
• Build renewal proposals with pricing, scope, and service data.
• Negotiate renewal pricing and terms; re-estimate contracts for labor rates.
• Review service history to identify at-risk accounts and intervene.
• Coordinate renewal paperwork with Shared Services and Contract Entry.
• Report renewal progress in team meetings.
