The Recruiting Coordinator will support the organization’s talent team in a fast-paced, onsite environment and help drive a seamless hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruiting systems, and supporting hiring logistics.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer-service and candidate-first mindset.
• Proficiency with calendar management tools; ATS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, managing calendars for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely, professional, and candidate-focused communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring workflow updates within the ATS.
• Support onsite interview logistics, onboarding handoffs, and recruiting-related projects.
