Job summary

Americhem is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support recruitment across our North American organization, spanning engineering, technology and innovation, manufacturing, and commercial roles. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with managers, build pipelines, and advise on market conditions and compensation to ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience in professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, or commercial positions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop recruiting strategies.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and maintain urgency.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing business environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screens and provide concise assessments of qualifications.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate availability, market conditions, and compensation considerations.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
• Manage multiple searches and prioritize based on business needs.
• Use recruiting data to evaluate progress and adjust strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS.
• Support diverse talent pipelines aligned with culture and priorities.
