Job summary

Americhem is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruiting across North America. The role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring talent across Engineering, Technology & Innovation, Manufacturing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other disciplines.

The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers and HR leaders, build talent pipelines, and deliver a superior candidate and hiring manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define candidate profiles and strategies.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
