Job summary

Americhem is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting full-cycle recruiting across engineering, technology, manufacturing, commercial, and other professional disciplines. This role will partner with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and maintain urgency.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, and leadership positions from intake to offer.
• Partner with managers and HR to define candidate profiles and develop sourcing strategies.
• Build robust talent pipelines for current and future needs, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Screen candidates and provide clear assessments of qualifications and fit.
