Job summary

Americhem is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment across North America. The role requires managing full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, and leadership positions with independence and urgency.

You will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leaders to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required or preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in professional/technical roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, and leadership positions from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct candidate screens and provide clear assessments of qualifications and fit.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate availability, market conditions, and compensation considerations.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and teams to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously and prioritize based on business urgency.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to evaluate progress and adjust strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system.
