REMOTE RECRUITER OPENING!!

PAY $25/HR
CONTRACT FOR 5 MONTHS

Requirements: 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, not in technical recruiting, with a background in manufacturing, industrial, or technicians.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop relationships with managers to understand their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.
2. Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media.
3. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
4. Screen resumes and CVs, manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation.
5. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations.
