Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our Power product lines and broader engineering teams. You will manage full cycle recruitment across our Power BU including UPS, DC power, energy storage, and related engineering roles, collaborating with HR partners and leaders to meet strategic priorities.

The role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, process improvement, and talent pipeline development in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' minimum Full Cycle Recruitment on a regional/national level.
• Experience recruiting for and/or familiarity with Power space engineering functions.
• Strategic recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in the accelerated growth of our Power BU engineering product lines.
• Build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology.
• Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions within the Power BU.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Power BU leadership to develop recruiting strategies.
• Demonstrate success in hiring talent within critical engineering functions.
• Contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR.
• Be innovative: drive continuous improvement and value to the customer.
• Own your job: act with ethics, responsibility and ownership.
• Define and build programs addressing business talent needs with a consultative approach.
• Foster a data driven organization using metrics to drive results.
