Job summary

Motivo is seeking a sole recruiter for a six‑month engagement to own talent acquisition from A to Z, working directly with leadership to keep pipelines moving and to close critical roles. You will post roles, screen and interview candidates, coordinate schedules, and negotiate offers. The role hinges on autonomous execution and proven sourcing skills. Onsite/Hybrid, contract-based with no benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-lifecycle recruiting experience in small-to-midsize companies.
• End-to-end ownership of recruiting with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and DM outreach.
• Ability to communicate clearly and guide hiring managers.
• Experience hiring across Technical, Operations, Sales, and Corporate roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire hiring lifecycle for active openings.
• Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and negotiate offers.
• Engage passive talent with outreach strategies.
• Partner with team leaders; run intake meetings and interview panels.
• Maintain ATS data, pipelines, and interview feedback.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from first contact to onboarding transition.
