Job summary

Motivo is seeking an autonomous, full‑cycle Recruiter to lead all aspects of talent acquisition for a six‑month assignment. You will own the end‑to‑end process, partner with leadership, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and close critical roles with a high‑touch candidate experience.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and our Rippling ATS to manage pipelines, craft effective outreach, and guide managers toward optimal hiring decisions in a lean, empowered environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in small‑to‑mid-size companies without a large corporate recruiting apparatus.
• Autonomous execution: end‑to‑end process ownership with minimal supervision.
• Sourcing capability: hands‑on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct message crafting that gets responses.
• Communication skills: write compelling emails and guide hiring managers to the best decisions.
• Adaptability: capable of hiring across Technical, Operations, Sales, and Corporate roles.

About the Role

For the next six months, you will be our sole recruiter, stepping in to cover for our current technical recruiter.

This isn’t a background support role. You will be responsible for our talent acquisition function from top to bottom. You will partner directly with our leadership team and hiring managers to keep our active pipelines moving, ensure candidates have a great experience, and close critical roles across the company. As a Recruiter, you will:

• Manage the entire hiring lifecycle for active openings. You’ll handle job postings, candidate screening, scheduling, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and your own outreach strategies to find and engage passive talent.
• Act as a strategic partner to our team leaders. You will run intake meetings, help structure interview panels, and guide managers through candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.
• Ensure our hiring process stays organized and efficient. You’ll maintain clean data, track pipelines, and manage interview feedback within our ATS (Rippling).
• Deliver an exceptional, high‑touch candidate experience from first contact through onboarding transition.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in small‑to‑midsize company environments without a huge corporate recruiting apparatus.
• Autonomous Execution: Demonstrated track record of running an end‑to‑end recruiting process as a solo recruiter or primary desk owner with minimal supervision.
• Sourcing Capability: Hands‑on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct message crafting that actually gets responses.
• Communication Skills: Ability to talk to candidates like real people, write compelling emails, and have the confidence to guide (and occasionally push back on) hiring managers to get the best results.
• Adaptability: Comfortable hiring across a variety of business functions, which may include Technical, Operations, Sales, and Corporate roles.

Pay Rate & Details

• Hourly Rate Range: $40.00 – $60.00 / hour (dependent on experience and skills)
• Contract Duration: 6 Months (Full‑Time, 40 hours/week)
• Location: Onsite/Hybrid
• Benefits: As a temporary contract role, this position is not eligible for benefits.
