Job summary

Vasion is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across our growing team for a six-month contract, with potential extension. You will own requisitions end-to-end, partner with HRBPs and hiring leaders, and embody Vasion's culture in every candidate interaction.

You will collaborate across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations, building pipelines, coordinating interviews, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience from first touch to offer.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a range of functions (sales, engineering, marketing, operations, G&A) - comfortable moving between requisition types
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on the competencies and evaluation criteria for a new role type by partnering with the hiring manager
• Ability to translate a hiring manager's "what I need" into a compelling, differentiated job posting and search strategy

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions from intake to offer across multiple departments, balancing speed and quality
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the process
• Represent Vasion's culture and brand to every candidate you touch
• Work closely with HRBPs, People Ops, and hiring leaders to keep pipelines moving and maintain candidate experience
• Manage a high-volume requisition load across departments with attention to detail
