Job summary

Vasion is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across our growing team on a 6-month contract basis. You’ll own requisitions from intake to offer, partner with HRBPs and People Ops, and represent Vasion’s culture to candidates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions (sales, engineering, marketing, ops, G&A).
• Ability to translate hiring managers' needs into compelling job postings and search strategies.
• Proficiency with multiple sourcing channels and proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments from intake to offer.
• Partner with HRBPs, People Ops, and hiring leaders to maintain pipelines and candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews across panels and manage timelines with a service mindset.
• Maintain accurate candidate status in the ATS and ensure compliant records.
