Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing 80-90 requisitions, leveraging ATS/CMS, and coordinating with managers. The position offers hourly pay from $35.00 to $40.00, weekly pay, and benefits.

Competenze

• 3+ years in high-volume hospital healthcare recruiting.
• Experience with NEW GRAD / CAMPUS RECRUITING.
• Familiar with ATS/CMS systems.
