Qualifications

• 3+ years proven track record of success in HIGH-VOLUME, sales/production sourcing/ recruiting in hospital healthcare.
• Experience with ATS/ CMS systems.
• Experience: Service Line - NEW GRAD / CAMPUS RECRUITING.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external facilities within the division.
• Build a pool of passive and active candidates through referrals and other sources.
• Coordinate with manager to recruit efficiently, time-sensitive and cost-effective.
