Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions in Nashville seeks an Associate Regional Recruiter to bridge the Associate Recruiter and Regional Recruiter roles, managing candidates through recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.

You will source clinicians, build pipelines, conduct intake and interviews, and keep candidates informed about requirements, compensation, and timelines. You will collaborate with credentialing, onboarding, and other teams to move hires efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• Experience using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit clinicians for assigned positions and markets utilizing approved resources.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive healthcare candidates.
• Conduct candidate intake and prequalification to determine fit for position requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications, availability, interest and fit.
• Provide candidates with accurate information regarding position requirements, market, location, compensation, onboarding expectations, and other details.
• Maintain ownership of minimum five assigned candidates through recruitment and onboarding.
