Job summary

BG Foods is seeking a Contract Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple manufacturing sites in New Jersey. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and support onboarding for both exempt and non-exempt roles.

You should have at least five years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong candidate sourcing skills, proficiency with Workday, and the ability to manage many requisitions while traveling up to 10% nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in production/operations.
• Experience with Workday ATS.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Present qualified candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage offer development, negotiations, and acceptance processes.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates on open requisitions.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).

Experience, Skills, Education

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment required, with specialty in production, operations, maintenance, and light industrial preferred.
• Applicant tracking system experience required, Workday preferred.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet recruiting deadlines required.
• Ability to travel <10% nationwide.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $35-$45/hr Final hourly pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity.
