Job summary

• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ISO QMS procedures and related docs.
• Develop and maintain PPAP documentation (PFMEA, control plans, process flows).
• Monitor supplier quality and drive CAPA activities.
• Support APQP activities for new product launches.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality inspectors.
• Apply SPC and Gage R&R to assess process capability.
• Promote lean practices and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs and procedures.
