Job summary

Slalom, a global technology consulting firm, is seeking a TRIPS Application QA Tester to support a large Core Deposit Replacement program. This role focuses on manual testing across banking and payment processing applications, ensuring quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Tosca and qTest or Zephyr/Xray, and familiarity with TRIPS, payments, or treasury management systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing or quality assurance experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tosca and qTest or similar tools such as Zephyr or Xray.
• Strong experience with manual testing methodologies and defect management.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Lead manual testing efforts across assigned workstreams.
• Track, document, and manage defects through resolution.
• Coordinate testing activities with business, technology, and project teams.
• Support system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate business requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
