Job summary

Slalom is seeking a TRIPS Application QA Tester to support a large-scale Core Deposit Replacement program within the financial services sector. This role focuses on manual testing across critical banking and payment processing applications, ensuring quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with Tosca, qTest, Zephyr, or Xray, and familiarity with TRIPS, payment processing, or treasury management systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing or quality assurance experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tosca and qTest or similar tools such as Zephyr or Xray.
• Strong experience with manual testing methodologies and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Lead manual testing efforts across assigned workstreams.
• Track, document, and manage defects through resolution.
• Coordinate testing activities with business, technology, and project teams.
• Support system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate business requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
