Randstad USA is urgently hiring a Quality Assurance associate in Secaucus, NJ for a short-term contract. The role focuses on compliance auditing, documentation management, and non-conformance reporting to ensure products meet internal and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include audits, NCRs, material control, and coordinating with production on quality procedures. Candidates should be able to lift up to 35 lbs and adhere to strict dress code on-site.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform compliance auditing and process checks to verify adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Compliance auditing: perform process audits and checks to verify that all production or assembly stages comply with internal sops and external industry standards (e.g., iso).
• Non-conformance reporting: generate and manage detailed non-conformance reports (ncrs) and assist with root cause analysis documentation.
• Material control: manage the control and segregation of non-conforming or rejected materials, ensuring they are properly labeled and documented.
• Documentation management: review and maintain the integrity of quality records, batch records, and inspection logs for traceability purposes.
• Process support: train and communicate with production staff regarding changes in inspection criteria or quality procedures.
