Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant to join a SNF/LTC on a contract assignment in Lexington, SC. The PTA will provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Applicants should hold an Associates degree and a current state PTA license or be in the licensure process.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associate's degree from an accredited school.
• Current state PTA license or in process for licensure as PTA.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision of a PT.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders under PT supervision.
• Implement and modify the patient’s physical therapy plan of treatment under supervision.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
