Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc seeks an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a SNF/LTC team on a contract assignment. This is a contract position with day shifts.

Responsibilities include providing skilled PT services under supervision, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Requirements: associates degree, current or in-process PTA license, CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associate degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or actively in the licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
