Job summary

Lyra Health is expanding its provider network and seeking board-certified psychiatrists to deliver evidence-based psychiatric care. You will conduct 60-minute intake appointments and follow-ups, perform risk assessments, and manage medications, working within a connected network to serve diverse patient populations.

Role emphasizes culturally responsive care with options for in-person and virtual visits, and access to clinical consultations.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in Lakeville.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and longitudinal medication management.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Provide evidence-based medication treatment following clinical best practice guidelines.
