Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to deliver evidence-based care via live 60-minute video intake and ongoing follow-ups. You will perform psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and refer to therapy and coaching services within Lyra's integrated network.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license in New Jersey.
• Active DEA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via a 60-minute intake appointment and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Follow evidence-based treatment that aligns with clinical best practice guidelines.
