Job summary

Lyra Health is expanding its provider network and seeking contract psychiatrists to deliver evidence-based care within a nationwide network. You will conduct 60-minute intake appointments and ongoing follow-ups, with access to a supportive platform and collaboration with experienced clinicians.

This role emphasizes culturally responsive care and flexible scheduling across in-person and virtual visits. Candidates must be board-certified in psychiatry with an unrestricted US license; DEA license

Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatry MD/DO with unrestricted license.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Office space required to see clients.
• U.S. residency required.
• Ability to provide in-person options as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health medication management via 60-minute intake and regular follow-ups.
• Conduct risk assessments and longitudinal medication evaluations.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations, messages to patients, and manage medications.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines for evidence-based medication treatment.
