Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted state license.
• Active DEA license is preferred.
• Must have office space in Erie.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based treatment via video intake appointments.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and propose medication management.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans.
