Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to join our national provider network. You will conduct 60-minute video intake assessments, provide medication management, and collaborate with therapists and coaches to coordinate care across diverse patient populations.

Candidates must be board certified in psychiatry, hold an unrestricted state license, and preferably an active DEA license. Office space in Lancaster is required for in-person visits; US residency is required for full-time

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license.
• DEA license preferred.
• Office space available to see clients in Lancaster.
• US residency for full-time contract.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake and follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations; prescribe and manage medications.
• Follow evidence-based treatment guidelines and collaborate with therapy/coaching services.
