Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to join our nationwide provider network, offering in-person and virtual care. You’ll conduct 60‑minute intake appointments, perform psychiatric evaluations, and provide ongoing medication management within a culturally responsive, whole‑person care approach.

This contract role offers flexible scheduling, in-person options, and support from Lyra’s 24/7 Care Navigation team.

Qualifications

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state medical license.
• Active DEA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake appointment and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Experience and commitment to providing, evidence-based medication treatment that follows clinical best practice guidelines (e.g., measurement based care, patient-centered care)
