Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists who are passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care and working within a connected network to provide patients with easily accessible, culturally responsive, high-quality care. You’ll conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management via live 60-minute intake appointments and regular follow-ups.

Formación

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry required.
• Unrestricted state license to practice in the U.S. required.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in Hanover.
• Ability to provide care across diagnoses with in-person option preferred.
• Full-time resident of the United States required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive mental health medication management during 60-minute intake and follow-up appointments.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and longitudinal medication management.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations; manage prescriptions.
• Adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines and measurement-based care.
