Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to join our provider network across the US, delivering evidence-based mental health care to a diverse patient population. Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license to practice medicine.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space to see clients in Williamsport.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake appointments and regular follow-ups.
• Conduct mental health assessments and longitudinal medication management.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document recommendations, and coordinate medications.
• Follow evidence-based guidelines and deliver culturally responsive care.
