Boeing is seeking a Project Management Specialist 2 for a 6-month contract assignment in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on creating and coordinating integrated plans, schedules, and related metrics to meet program requirements, with emphasis on risk assessments and change management.

You will support the analysis of schedules, manage baselines changes, and communicate plan changes to stakeholders. Proficiency with planning tools (OPP, MS Project, Primavera) is required or highly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience; a Master's degree and 4+ years may substitute.
• Proficiency with scheduling software: OPP, MS Project, Primavera (3+ yrs)
• Open Plan Professional or related tools experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Preparing, developing, and coordinating integrated plans, schedules and schedule-related products to meet program and/or project requirements.
• Supporting the integration of program plans and schedules; horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity.
• Participating in the review of proposed changes to the baseline.
• Assisting in review of moderately complex proposed or authorized changes for completeness and accuracy and supports the determination of impacts on the affected schedule baselines.
• Ensuring revision control of integrated program plans and schedule documents.
• Supporting schedule related risk and opportunity analysis on moderately complex statements of work and/or assists to identify schedule completeness and ability to execute.
• Supporting resolution of critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Supporting the identification of downstream impacts and report’s findings to leadership for re-planning where appropriate.
