Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist to support the Bombers Modifications & Upgrades IP&S Program in Oklahoma City, OK. This role requires building integrated plans, coordinating schedules, and communicating with cross-functional teams.

Key duties include developing and maintaining resource-loaded schedules, performing risk assessments, and delivering program milestones.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a finance, scheduling, change management, strategy, program management, or project management role.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated resource-loaded project schedules, including the use of project management tools and software such as MS Project, Milestones, Open Plan Professional.

Responsibilities

• Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements.
• Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
• Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.
• Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
• Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
• Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
• Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.
