Job summary

The Boeing Company in Oklahoma City, OK (onsite) is seeking an Associate Project Management Specialist (Project Planner/Scheduler) to help coordinate program plans and schedules across the enterprise. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and experience with major scheduling tools. Travel up to 10% may be required.

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are necessary.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in program planning and scheduling.
• 1+ years’ experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years’ experience with scheduling tools (Open Plan Professional, MS Project, EPM)

Responsibilities

• Supports integration of program plans and schedules across functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners of moderate complexity.
• Supports preparation, development, and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet requirements.
• Assists with development of program plans and schedules and coordinates with affected organizations; documents work statements and schedules.
• Identifies and reports performance variances.
• Develops the Integrated Master Production Plan and schedules; supports change incorporation plans for Integrated Scheduling products.
• Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline.
